Bailey's "Private Practice" crossover, it's not the only crossover planned for the season, according to Chandra Wilson. The basic hook is this: Bailey has a patient whose kidney ailment proves a bigger task than Seattle Grace can handle, so she heads to St. Ambrose in L.A., where she catches up with Addison (Kate Walsh). Might we see more flirting between Bailey and Sam (Taye Diggs)? "Dr. Bailey is there for business," Wilson says. "Anything else that goes on we'll have to figure out later."

Another Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice crossover is set for early January 2010. This time, Mark (Eric Dane) and Addison (Kate Walsh) will be featured, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the first half of the crossover involves Addison coming to Seattle Grace to perform a surgery on guest-star Leven Rambin (Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles). The story concludes with Mark bringing Rambin's character to Los Angeles for more surgery.
