Hi all,
It looks as though fans and producers of "Lost" won’t get their wish, which is that the final season would air uninterrupted once it returns early next year. That’s because ABC has decided it doesn’t want to try and compete with a massive event like the 2010 Winter Olympics when it airs on NBC for two weeks next February, during Sweeps. Oh Well! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TV Guide 2009-10-28 Olympics put ‘Lost’ on hiatus http://tvguide.ca/TVNews/Articles/091028_lost_hiatus_AD |

Hi all,
The first official promo of "Lost" season six has been shared by ABC but unfortunately it does not contain new footage. It gives a flashback to the very first episode when the Oceanic crashed and several others from the following seasons, giving the emphasize that this season will be "the beginning of the end". Cool! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aceshowbiz October 30, 2009 03:06:46 First Official Promo of 'Lost' Season 6 http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00028433.html |

Hi all,
Maggie Grace, the former "Lost" actress is the lone holdout from the original cast, and has not signed on to return for a few episodes this season. Despite rumours that it was Harold Perrineau who said he wouldn’t return, E! Online revealed that it’s Grace. A representative for the blond actress confirms the news, saying, “She has been asked [to appear on Lost], but nothing more than that.” ABC concurs, stating that there is no deal in place for her to “return to 'Lost" at this time.” Oh Well! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maggie Grace as Shannon Rutherford http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1192254/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TV Guide 2009-11-04 Former ‘Lost’ star too busy? http://tvguide.ca/TVNews/Articles/0..._holdout_GD.htm |

Hi all,
ABC's "Lost" is currently looking for several Latin actors for its ninth episode of its upcoming final season. The roles include a loving wife and devout Catholic named Isabella, who has been suffering an illness for many years, a religious man named Ignacio who has turned to crime, a stern Catholic priest named Father Suarez, and a wealthy Latino doctor. Rounding out the guest cast for this episode, is a 30-something English military officer man named Jonas Whitfield. Interesting! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TV Guide Magazine November 12, 2009 01:04 PM Lost Goes Latin http://tvguidemagazine.com/kecks-ex...latin-3203.html |

Hi all,
"Lost" executive producer Damon Lindelof isn’t quite ready to clear away the black smoke surrounding the much-anticipated final season of the series, but he did bring some of the big picture details into shaper focus for "TV Guide Magazine" at the "Star Trek" DVD launch party. Find out what he's able to reveal about "Lost" what he can put out there about it at this point? If it's safe to say that "Lost" is really going to definitely end? What can he announce about actors appearing in the final season? Is the theory that the smoke creature is a dinosaur be disproved at this point? And finally, will there be a "Lost" movie in the works? Interesting! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TV Guide Magazine November 17, 2009 01:40 PM Damon Lindelof Teases Lost's Final Season http://tvguidemagazine.com/news/dam...eason-3256.html |
